The R.A.I.N. Advocacy Team will review your child’s education plan in a one-on-one setting and give you counsel on the right next steps to make sure your child’s plan is appropriate for their goals.

R.A.I.N.'s Advocacy Team  is available to attend your child’s next S-Team or Annual meeting alongside you.

AFFORDABLE & CONVENIENT

Our organization is able to offer individualized advocacy services at a fraction of the cost of a typical education advocate. In addition, we are conveniently located in Memphis, TN and serve Tennessee at-large and also offer phone and video conferencing options.

Special Education Advocate Support includes, but not limited


  • Special Education Advocate Support Consultation and/or attending meetings at parent’s request.
  • Helping families interpret IEP/BIP and suggest action steps for improvement on plan.
  • Reviewing the child’s IEP and/or 504 Plan paperwork.
  • Examining the child’s Evaluation paperwork or providing guidance how to request an evaluation for Special Education Service.
  • Referring the parent to community resources or programs within Tennessee.
  • Provide options for advocacy, legislative. and board training.
